We are fortunate that Janet Rhodes and Neil West from Playing for Success, are once again able to lead our Forest School activities in our own grounds and beyond. Thanks to funds raised through a successful lottery grant application, pupils from Years 3-5 are benefiting from weekly session lead by expert teachers. Activities include:
- Bug hunting and nature trails
- Campfires and outdoor cooking
- Pond dipping
- Den Building
- Outdoor art
- Conservation activities
- Using tools: potato peeler, hand drill, mallet, hammer, loppers, bow saw, bill hook,
axe and whittling tools.
