Caritas Sunday

This Sunday was Caritas Sunday and representatives from our school Caritas team spoke to the congregation at Sunday Mass about the great work Caritas do. The children wrote the speeches themselves and they spoke passionately about the need to help others in our community. We are immensely proud of out Caritas team for the work they do and the parishioners must have been impressed because over £150 was raised in the retiring collection.  A special thanks must go to Miss Smith for co-coordinating the morning with Father O’Brien and for supporting the children with their speeches.
