This week we have been reflecting on how we are followers of Jesus in our every day lives.  On Monday morning, Year 4 lead a thought provoking Gospel Assembly in which they reminded the children of the time that Jesus called his disciples to follow him. They talked about how Jesus would lead us on the right path and by trusting in him, we would be shown the right direction in our lives.

By unpicking the Gospel, our children make it real for their peers and really bring that meaning to life. They relate the Gospel to their own experience and share their thoughts and reflections with us all. It is the perfect was to start a new week in school and sets us all off in the right direction – following in God’s path and taking his lead.
