The Death of Queen Elizabeth II

As a school community, we join with the nation in mourning the loss of Queen Elizabeth II. She led her life through service to others and has provided stability and leadership through our lives; most of us have never experienced life without Queen Elizabeth as our sovereign. This is a huge, historic event and we will continue to discuss it’s significance in school.

Whilst Queen Elizabeth was our leader and meant so much to so many, our thoughts must turn to her immediate family at this sad time. They will be remembered in our prayers here in school. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

Next Monday, will be a Bank Holiday for the state funeral and school will be closed.
